Digital Trustees Berhad was incorporated by a group of professionals on 27 October 2021. Our aim is to become Malaysia’s fully digitalized Trust company using technology to reach all Malaysians and to provide seamless trust services in line with latest fintech technologies and innovations.

Digital Trustees is a regulated trust service provider assisting our client’s in managing their assets for the benefit of the owner or his beneficiaries. Besides, our client’s assets can be safeguarded for the loved ones or even a charity of your choice. Trust can be used widely, even by companies for the benefit of their employees, stakeholders, investment vehicles, unit trusts, foundations etc.

Datuk Clifford Hii is the Chief Executive Officer of GamBit Group, a pioneering FinTech company focused on developing a regulated and integrated digital asset ecosystem. With over 15 years of leadership experience, Clifford is known for his expertise in corporate governance, business development, and innovative wealth generation methods.

He has been instrumental in driving innovation in blockchain solutions and expanding regulated blockchain offerings. In his role at GamBit Group, Clifford has also been involved in developing licensed Digital Asset Custodian.

Prior to his current role, Clifford served as the Executive Director of Hiichiikok Foundation, where he established a Children's Home for underprivileged children, ensuring they receive education and basic needs. He also held the position of Group Managing Director at HCK Capital Group, where he directed management, business development, and marketing across Property, Education, Media, and Tech sectors. Additionally, he was Vice-President at SEGi University & Colleges, leading various strategic initiatives and managing the Group’s Infrastructure & Common Enablers.

Clifford's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Southern Queensland and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Queensland University of Technology (QUT). His extensive experience and strategic vision make him a key figure in the digital asset industry, driving forward GamBit Group's mission of innovation through co-creation.

Chartered Accountant with over 13 years in the financial industry, specializes in corporate advisory, tax planning, and strategic operations.

He serves as an Executive Director for several companies, including Digital Trustees Berhad. Krishnan also sits on several listed companies in Malaysia as an independent non-executive director. He is a member of MIA, CTIM, and ACCA and he also holds an LLB from University of London.

His leadership credentials include serving as Chief Commercial and Strategy Officer at a Bursa Malaysia–listed marine construction company, where he spearheaded major corporate and operational initiatives, driving strategic growth and successfully navigating complex, high-value transactions.
